SPACE BABE FESTIVAL LOOK
Among the popular styles at festivals and raves many are attracted to the “outer space” theme. It reflects a passion to leave the current reality and enter a new galaxy of being. A perspective that acts in harmony with what many want to achieve by attending large scale music events- a chance to escape the mundane world and explore a new state of consciousness.
Within this festival theme you will see colors of the galaxy: purples, blues, blacks, and of course metallics. There’s been an outburst of holographic material on everything from shoes to dresses. Your outer space theme outfit wouldn’t be complete without a touch of some aliens! Green alien faces can be found on just about anything including adorable alien head pasties (amazing!).
In the photo you’ll find just one of the many directions you can go with this festival look. An alien head crop top works for the more conservative type but you can always swap that out for a mesh black top and those alien pasties. Pair it with some holographic booty shorts and faux leather thigh highs for a sexy space babe appeal.
For shoes, platforms (comfortable one’s only!) are the way to go. Not only will they enhance the look of those booty shorts but you’ll also be able to see better over the crowd- huge plus for my shorter ladies out there.
Last but not least are those crucial accessories that tie it all together. In the photo you’ll see a super cute pvc punk belt, you let it lay along the line of your belly button to accentuate the waist. Add on reflective sunglasses and metallic rainbow bangles for some extra shine. Hair for this theme is typically the two side buns (Princess Leah style). Adding some reflective scrunches can make all the difference!
You top off the entire look with the super cool Spaceman Dan-Pak Hydration Backpack. It features many of the components of the outer space fashion , including the holographic stripe, galaxy printed sides, and awesome hood with diffraction glasses built in (those will keep your eyes busy for a while :p).
There are so many ways to express yourself at festivals and raves and this outer space look is just one of them. The most important part is to be fearless, free, and open to the experience!
